  1. By submitting your order to your chosen restaurant or takeaway, you agree that you have checked the details of your order.

  3. Where you have concerns of allergens, you have contacted the respective food establishment to resolve any allergen queries before placing order;

  4. You understand menuoctopus is a platform for placing orders and all queries such as delivery, delivery times, missing products, allergen enquiries and complaints or compliments should be discussed directly with the food establishment where the order is placed.

Where the original order was placed and paid via the menuoctopus platform and a mutual cancellation is agreed by both parties (the customer placing the order and the food establishment) before the fulfilment of the order, then menuoctopus will issue the refund within 15 working days less any admin and processing fees which will not be more than 10% of the sales value.

  1. In some cases, we will partner up with your local restaurants and takeaways to bring you special discounted prices.

  2. To take advantage of the discount price you will need to enter the appropriate promo code with your order.

  3. Menuoctopus and your local food establishment reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offers at any time without any notification.

  4. If the order is placed without the mention of the promotion code, then the discount cannot be applied in retrospectively.
